The 20-year-old model took to Instagram on Sunday night to share a racy photo of herself with a knife pressed to her lips.

Taking on the role of the vixen, Bella dons red lipstick and tilts her head back, a large butcher knife partially concealing her face.

She's clothed in what appears to be a white night dress.

The gown is slipping down one arm, threatening to expose her bare breasts.

The photo appears to be part of a mixed media artwork, with paint marking the canvas around her.

Her reddish brown hair sits loose, and one arm is wrapped around her waist, while the other wields the knife.
