This is the hilarious moment a cold call got through to an elevator's emergency line to say it had 'won' a Disney Cruise.

A woman's voice can be heard blaring out of the speakers describing how winners can choose their 'travel dates within the next 18 months' and that they may qualify for a 'bonus gift as well.'

The robot recording says they need to ask the 'winner' a few questions at which point the person travelling in the elevator, Chris Brantley, tries to put the 'woman' on the line straight.

Chris states: 'This is a robo (sic) call for a Disney vacation in the elevator phone.'

When the recording fails to register what Chris had said he yells back: 'This is an elevator!'

The bizarre sequence ends with the camera panning to a boy in the lift with Chris.

The voice can be heard saying: 'I just need to ask you a few questions to see if you qualify, ok?'

The clip was taken in an undisclosed location in the US, a county where robo-call scams offering 'free' cruises are commonplace.
