She recently unveiled the results of her nose job, posting photos of her new surgically enhanced asset on Instagram over the last week.

But attention was inevitably diverted to Yazmin Oukhellou's impressive physique as she stepped out in Marbella on Thursday.

The Only Way Is Essex star, 23, showed off her toned body in a striking black bralet and thigh-skimming sarong - shortly after wowing onlookers in a pastel pink bikini.

Completing her look with a pair of seasonal wedge-heels, Yazmin was an engaging sight as she took advantage a stroll with boyfriend James Lock. 

Draping an arm across her shoulders, James looked completely smitten with his girlfriend as he leaned in for an affectionate kiss. 

Opting to go shirtless, the  muscular TOWIE regular showed off an equally impressive upper body, as they strolled through their picturesque Spanish resort.

Earlier that day Yazming clad her slender frame in a pastel pink two-piece bikini, detailed with jewel embellishments and a side-tie below the waist as she filmed scenes close to an outdoor pool. 

Showing off her taut frame and perky behind, Yasmin strutted her stuff in the nearly-nude swimwear, accessorizing with silvery wedge heels, a matching watch and bracelet and a corresponding clutch.

Despite heading out for some time under the sun, she sported a full face of make-up, matching her lips, cheeks and eyes with the light pink tones of the bikini.

She carried her belongings in a dazzling metallic threaded cream handbag, and added height to her petite frame with a pair of perspex block heels.

She allowed her brunette tresses to fall over her shoulders in a sleek style, and kept the focus fully on her newly enhanced visage with minimal make up.

Clearly content with her nose job, the swimwear brand owner struck a series of smouldering poses in her vertiginous wedge sandals, pouting with aplomb as she swept her bouncy brunette locks over her shoulders.

In recent weeks, Yazmin was pictured leaving a clinic in Turkey covered in bandages following her cosmetic surgery.

And last week she put the results of her recent nose job on display in a candid Instagram post.

The star posed up a storm after she peeled off the wraps for the first time to debut her new look on social media.

'So the cat is finally out of the bag,' Yazmin captioned the shot. I can confirm that I had a rhinoplasty... It has only been 2 weeks and I can already see the results are going to be amazing.'

The Essex native enthused about how 'amazing' the results of her rhinoplasty were going to be after decided to get the plastic surgery following an accident which left her with a broken nose.

She added: 'I had a previous broken nose and deviated septum so surgery was the only option for me. I am so glad I did it as I was nervous at first but so happy that I can now breathe properly and that the small bump has gone.'

But James Lock's girlfriend explained she wasn't encouraging people to have surgery

'As I have stated before in previous posts I am NOT telling people to run out and have cosmetic surgery due to vanity,' she wrote.

'I am saying that if you want to get surgery, have been thinking about it for a long time and like me I had no other option then people should feel comfortable to and feel they won't be judged.

 Yazmin has been dating co-star James, 30, for nine months, prior to which he was previously in a long-term romance with fellow TOWIE star Danielle Armstrong. 

Yazmin has joined the rest of the cast as filming on the show's eagerly awaited new series begins.

The cast will see the addition of Georgia Kousoulou's pals Ruby Lacey and Maddie Hooper along with the return of favourites Mario Falcone, Lauren Pope and James 'Arg' Argent.
