MARKET REPORT: Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich gets another £100m richer as steel maker Evraz pays first dividend since 2014
Some would say Roman Abramovich, one of Russia's richest men and the owner of a £308m superyacht, has had his fair share of fortune in this life, but the oligarch once again landed on his feet yesterday. The Chelsea-owner now looks set to add around £100m to his £6.4bn fortune after steel maker Evraz, in which he owns a 31 per cent stake, announced a £331m interim dividend in its six month figures - its first payment since 2014.

In the first case of its kind, Gideon Roseman managed to track down his stolen money after it been sent to a crook's account - and get every penny back. Gideon was conned when fraudsters posed as the builder he had hired to extend his home. They hacked into the builder's email account and sent the 39-year-old barrister a message asking him to make a lump sum payment before the work could begin.
Luxury homeowners knock hundreds of thousands off asking prices as their properties sit unsold for months
Properties in the £2million-plus bracket are being sold at £296,000 less than their asking price on average, a drop of 10 per cent, according to data from EstateAgent4Me. Across England and Wales, luxury homes that were originally priced at between £1.75million and £2million are being sold at a typical discount of £225,000, while those between £1.5million and £1.75million have an average discount of £142,000.

Disney to pull all its films from Netflix as it plans to launch its own streaming service
In its earnings report released earlier this week, the entertainment giant said it plans to launch a branded on-demand service in 2019. The service will initially be offered solely in the US, but Disney plans to roll it out globally over time.
Alongside the service, which will become home to future Disney blockbusters like Toy Story 4 and Frozen 2, the firm will also launch its own ESPN video streaming service.

Lars Windhorst (pictured with girlfriend Christine Barner) - who was reported to be worth £320m in 2015 and has a reputation for throwing lavish parties - denies the claims. Once the toast of Berlin society with fans including Chancellor Helmut Kohl, he moved to London nine years ago for a fresh start after going bankrupt and being handed a one-year suspended prison sentence for breach of trust.
MARKET REPORT: How a growing taste for cherry and strawberry vodka has transformed distiller Stock Spirits
The eastern European-focused spirit and liqueur maker saw volumes of flavoured vodka including cherry, lemon and strawberry sold in Poland - its biggest market, accounting for more than 64 per cent of all vodka sales - grow 7.7 per cent in the first half. Stock Spirits, which owns premium vodka brands such as Stock Prestige and Zoladkowa de Luxe as well as names like Stock 84 brandy, said this compares to just 1.4 per cent growth across the Poland's wider vodka market.

House prices up almost £5,000 in the year since the Brexit vote, but property market slows as buyers struggle
A combination of record low mortgage rates and a lack of homes for sale has bolstered the property market, but the pace of house price rises has slowed considerably, according to the Halifax house price index. House prices rose by another £789 in July to bring the average home's cost to £219,266 - up 2.1 per cent on a year ago but down on the start of the year.
THIS IS MONEY'S FIVE OF THE BEST SAVINGS DEALS
RCI Bank pays 1.2% AER variable interest on its easy access deal - the Freedom Savings Account. Deposits have no FSCS protection, but you are covered for up to €100,000 by the French equivalent (FGDR).
Al Rayan Bank pays 2.02% AER fixed on its Fixed Term Deposit account. The top rate available on a one-year fix. The bank is Sharia compliant so it quotes an expected profit rate paid on maturity rather than interest on your deposit. All money is invested ethically.
The Post Office pays 1.01% AER variable interest on its easy-access, Online Isa. The account allows transfers from an existing provider, plus you can split tax-free savings between both instant access and fixed-rate products.
Paragon Bank pays 2.1% AER fixed interest if you lock your cash away in its Three Year Fixed Rate account. It's also the top deal for those preferring a monthly income, at a slightly lower, 2.08% AER. It requires a minimum £1,000 deposit.
Charter Savings Bank pays 1.3% AER fixed interest - the best one-year Isa deal available - to those with its new One Year Fixed Rate Cash Isa. The account allows transfers in and requires a minimum £1,000 deposit.
