Shar Jackson has lashed out at Chris Massey over his accusations she abused her granddaughter.

The 40-year-old actress told TMZ in a video on Wednesday the allegations were 'absolutely false, absolutely ridiculous, and absolutely disgusting.'

Last month 27-year-old Massey - who shares custody of two-year-old Mariah with Shar's daughter Cassalei Jackson - obtained a restraining order after accusing his ex's mother of cutting the child's forehead.

'I can normally keep my cool very, very well,' Shar said on Wednesday. 'But I am furious and I am disgusted by this little boy's accusations.

'The world has followed me being a parent since you found out I was a parent 13 years ago, and I was a parent 13 years before that. And never have you ever ever ever heard anything about me hurting any of my children.'

She confirmed she was 'absolutely, 110 per cent' filing a court order against her daughter's baby daddy, adding it was 'already in the process.

'I'm not conniving so I don't move as quickly as he does, plus I'm a parent and I'm talking care of an entire household,' she added.

She told the site her granddaughter accidentally cut herself during a Facetime between with her parents, and that she wasn't even present at the time.

Massey claimed in court documents that the dropped off Mariah in May to spend time with her mother Cassalei and grandmother Shar.

The Zoey 101 star in court papers said that Mariah had a four-inch 'razor cut' across her forehead when he picked her up.

The former Nickelodeon star said that the child had blamed her grandmother for the cut.

Massey said he confronted Shar but she said she intended to 'do whatever she wants', according to the court documents.

A Los Angeles judge granted Massey's request and Shar was ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from Mariah as part of the temporary restraining order.

Shar was previously engaged to Kevin Federline and has daughter Madison, 14, and son Kaleb, 13, with the former backup dancer.

Federline split with Shar while she was pregnant with their second child and later started a relationship with pop star Britney Spears.

Spears and Federline had sons Sean, 11, and Jayden, 10, before divorcing in July 2007.

Shar also has a 23-year-old son Donnie.
