  • His daughter has been causing a stir with public displays of affection with new boyfriend in Barbados
  • Green, who is said to have dismissed her relationship as a 'holiday fling' visited Mykonos, Greece yesterday

He had a lot more clothes on than his party-loving daughter is wearing on her latest holiday, but Sir Philip Green looked just as determined to enjoy his time in the sun as his yacht cruised into a beach inGreece.

The Topshop tycoon seemed in good spirits as he moored his boat in Mykonos and disembarked with friends to enjoy at day at the exclusive Psarou Beach resort.

Although greeted by a bevvy of glamorous women, Green's holiday was still considerably less raucous compared to the wild time his daughter, Chloe, enjoyed in Barbados earlier this week.

Chloe was spotted snogging her boyfriend Jeremy Meeks, a former criminal dubbed the 'Hot Felon' after his police mugshot photo made brought him worldwide fame and launched him into modelling.

The heiress, 26, wore a jewelled bra and briefs as as the couple danced and drank at the Crop Over Carnival in Barbados on Monday.

Chloe's relationship with Meeks has raised eyebrows, after his estranged wife Melissa only found out that they were together when she saw pictures in newspapers.

Meeks has also landed a £1million contract to model clothes for Topshop - a deal said to have been facilitated by Chloe.

Green is said to have strugged off their relationship as a 'holiday fling'.

He wore a white T-shirt, bermuda shorts and a baseball cap yesterday as he and his wife Tina strolled around Psarou Beach, where local hotel rooms can cost around £2,000-a-night.

Green tours the Mediterranean in a £115million vessel which is named Lionheart and is the length of a football pitch.

It is said to boast a hot tub, swimming pool, helipad, three lifts, a beauty salon, a barbecue and a fleet of jet-skis. It can sleep 12 guests and 28 crew.

Earlier this summer, the finances of his family firm Taveta took a hit, with turnover at plus-sized store Evans down 12 per cent and sales at menswear chain Burton declined 9 per cent.

But his top firm Topshop still made a cool operating profit of £118million.

Green has previously faced calls to be stripped of his knighthood and was forced to appear in front of MPs to explain his part in the BHS crisis last year.

The billionaire, nicknamed Sir Shifty, bought the chain in 2000 and paid £400million in dividends to his wife, who lives in tax-free Monaco and is the nominal owner of almost all of her husband’s businesses.

He sold BHS in March 2015 for £1 to three-times bankrupt former racing driver Dominic Chappell.
