Most people would kill for a body like Chrissy Teigen's, but the stunning model and TV personality has plenty of self-conscious moments of her own.
In fact, the 31-year-old told The Hollywood Reporter this week that she's even cried on the shoulder of her husband John Legend, lamenting the body she doesn't have.
'There have been times I've cried to John, where I felt like I would never have that body,' she said. 'Everyone has a butt now and curves and a little waist and that's not me.'
Self-conscious: Chrissy Teigen, 31, has said she has cried to her husband John Legend because she was unhappy with how she looks
Next generation: She said she is worried about unrealistic beauty standards and what it will be like for her daughter, Luna
Model behavior: The star has posed for Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue several times
Chrissy explained that she's fallen victim to the pressures of social media in particular, and Instagram can make her feel 'insanely inadequate' — despite the fact that she has 14 million followers and regularly racks up hundreds of thousands of likes for her pictures.
Other stars with the kind of figure she wants leave her feeling like she doesn't measure up, though she is trying to get better at loving herself.
'I'm jealous of those bodies and I want that, but I also feel like I really want to be cool with my body,' she added.
To that end, she tries not to share selfies of herself all made up, since it's not representative of who she looks like — and she worries about the example she is setting for her daughter, Luna.
'That's why I don't post many makeup selfies, because I don't feel anyone knows what a real face looks like anymore and it kills me that we have to completely wash a face or body out for it to get likes,' she said.
Lipstick: Chrissy said she tries not to post too many selfies in which her face is all-made up

Perfection: She said that social media has left her feeling 'inadequate' because of how much everything is touched up
Feelin' good: Chrissy is often pointed to as a voice of body confidence
These admissions come as a surprise from someone who puts forward such a confident persona.
'I don't really care if people say they don't like the way I look or something like that,' she told Vegas Magazine in 2013.
And in 2015, Chrissy even posted a photo of the stretchmarks on her legs, and told Meredith Viera in an interview that she'd sworn off editing photos for social media.
'I have those apps, the Facetune, those Photoshopping ones, and I just didn't feel like doing it anymore, and I'm never doing it again,' she said. 'When you're fixing yourself so much, it's so unfair.'
Having a baby has even helped her confidence, since she has experienced having curves for the first time.
'I always felt like a bit of a tomboy, and I never looked at my body as particularly sexual — I wasn’t a curvy girl. But to be able to see my body after [giving birth], and of course you get, like, hips. Finally, for the first time, I feel like I have a bit more of a womanly figure,' she told Elle Australia last year.
Hi stretchies: In 2015, she shared this photo in which her stretchmarks are visible - and even gave a shout-out to them
Bonus: She had said having a baby was great because it gave her hips, and she'd never had curves before
Just the way they are: In 2015, before she got pregnant, she stopped using apps like Facetune to fix pictures
Yet the star has occasionally hinted at insecurities. In 2014, she recalled to DuJour magazine a photoshoot she went on for Forever 21 years before.
'I showed up on set, they asked me if they could take a photo,' she said. 'And they shot that photo off to my agency who then calls me as I'm sitting in the makeup chair and they say, 'You need to leave right now, they just said you are fat and you need to come get your measurements taken."'
And earlier this year, she told editors at a make-up launch that she's had a ton of plastic surgery.
'Everything about me is fake except my cheeks,' she said, pointing to her forehead, nose, and lips: 'Fake, fake, fake.' She also said she'd had liposuction on her armpits.
Later, she insisted she was just kidding, writing on Twitter: 'Reminder to never ever joke, ever (I did do the armpits, no regrets except it clearly came back). You think I'd have this a** if I'd done extensive work? Like who would ask for this a**?'
