Despite wearing a cast on her foot from a mystery injury, that didn't deter the star from putting on the Wannabe singer's trademark platform shoes and thigh-length socks to complete the look.

Flashing a sweet smile and a trademark Girl Power sign before playfully toying with one pigtail the I Will Never Let You Down hitmaker was a dead ringer for Emma in her Spice Girls heyday.

Rita was forced to put on a brave face  when she hobbled on stage to host the show.

Ditching her trademark heels, the star sported a cast to provide her injury with the ultimate comfort- but it's unknown how it happened.

And in spite of the injury, the songstress looked as glamorous as ever when she dazzled in a silver sequin jumpsuit.

The singer styled her glossy locks in a poker straight fashion, scraping one side of her golden tresses from her face.
