Kylie Jenner has halved her property portfolio in just one month.

The 20 year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Life Of Kylie star sold one of her three Hidden Hills homes for $5.4million, having bought it a year ago for $4.5million.

It comes one month after she offloaded her 'starter mansion' in Calabasas for a 'modest' $550k profit.

The four bed, four bath, 5,154 sq ft. property is around the corner from the two homes she retains, worth $12m and $6m a piece. 

The TV star said she bought it to use as an office space for her cosmetics company and never actually lived in it. She listed it in December.

But it's quite the office space, with a home theater, family room with a wet bar, customized walk-in closets and a gourmet kitchen. 

The house is overlooking a creek.

The mansion is on a huge property and the lucky buyer will also get a tennis court, barn, and two garages - one that fits four cars and another that fits two.

Jenner started making money as a tween when appearing on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

After getting lip fillers by Dr Ourian at Epione in Beverly Hills, her looks transformed and she gained enormous attention on Instagram.

The teen has since developed used her fame to make a fortune in makeup. Her Lip Kit is a best seller, and she has branched out with other cosmetics since.
