His Love Island girlfriend Amber Davies, 20, had sparked rumours the pair were set to wed, after being pictured with a huge rock on her wedding finger.

But setting the record straight, Kem Cetinay, 21, has insisted he and his co-star love are 'far too young' to be heading down the aisle - despite both wanting to eventually tie the knot in the future.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the reality star confessed: 'I didn't even know she had that ring.'

Amber Davies stood by her man on the red carpet last night as the launch of Kem Cetinay's range for BoohooMAN was celebrated.

Amber of course didn't take red-carpet dressing lightly, showing up in a sexy dress that showed off her petite figure and slim pins.

Kem had found love with Amber on the third series of Love Island, with the duo's rocky path to finding romance becoming a hit with viewers.

While things hadn't been plain sailing between them on the show, fans saw Kem officially ask Amber to be his girlfriend, along with their bedroom antics, before the couple went on to be crowned the winners of the ITV2 series.

As filming had come to a close, Kem and Amber had discussed marriage, with the Essex-born hairdresser insisting he isn't ready to wed until he turns 30.

Standing by his comments, Kem addressed Amber's Instagram post that fuelled speculation he had proposed and saw her clad in just a scanty swimsuit: 'I never gave that ring to her.

Setting the record straight: Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Kem said: 'I didn't even know she had that ring. I never gave that ring to her.... we're not interested!'

'I think it was something she got from one of her endorsements. We're not interested!'

Not entirely ruling out marriage in the future, however, Kem admitted: 'I always say I’m going to marry her, which I will, but no time soon, we’re far too young.

'We talk about it and when we have those lovey dovey moments in bed and we say we’re going to marry each other, but we don’t actually think about doing it.'

Since returning to home soil, the pair have taken a big step when it comes to their relationship as they are now living together.

He added: 'We talk about it and when we have those lovey dovey moments in bed and we say we’re going to marry each other, but we don’t actually think about doing it'

Kem revealed that Amber is actually staying with him in Essex, joking: 'When I’m not there, she goes round and waits for me with my mum.'

As well as finding love during his time in the Love Island villa, Kem also walked away with a best friend in his co-star Chris Hughes. The boys' relationship stole the hearts of fans, with many championing their relationship over the actual couples on the show.

Making the most of their new-found fame, Chris and Kem have announced that they will be starring in their own spin-off reality show Straight Outta Love Island that will focus on the duo seeking out their next ambition, as they hit the streets to meet the pioneers and hit-makers of the British rap music scene.

As well as Chris and Kem pursuing their rap dreams, the show will also show the boys with their Love Island counterparts Amber and Chris' girlfriend Olivia Attwood.

Teasing what's to come, Kem revealed: 'It’s just going to be every day with Chris and Kem, it’s fun! All I can say is that people are going to be laughing.'

The reality star added that he had been left surprised by the huge reaction his friendship with Chris had received. He said: 'It was ridiculous, the backing me and Chris got and the amount of people tweeting about it… I had to ring him and say, “Are you seeing this?” and he was like, “Mate, I am in shock” – we go everywhere and people go crazy, it’s funny.'

While Kem admitted he doesn't see his co-star as much as he would like to now they are both back home, he suggested that the distance has strengthened their relationship, joking: 'It makes you miss each other!'

Along with Chris, Kem has appeared to have stayed in touch with many of his Love Island co-stars, as he was joined by the likes of Chloe Crowhurst, Gabby Allen, Jessica Shears and Dom Lever and Georgia Harrison at his recent clothing launch with BoohooMAN.

Georgia's appearance at the bash comes after she recently announced she is single again, after calling it quits on her relationship with Love Island's Sam Gowland.

The former TOWIE star had announced their split via Twitter, alluding that Sam had 'cheated' on her and his infidelity had been the cause behind their break up. She had penned: 'Would like to confirm that myself and sam are no longer together. Unfortunately for some men one girl isn't always enough.'

However, she later followed that up with another tweet that read: 'I'm not saying @SamGowland123 cheated ... that's not the case our relationship pretty much broke down a couple of weeks ago now,' prompting Sam to add: 'Just to clarify ! Still mates now, wish her all the best x'

Moving on: Kem also spoke of his fellow Love Island co-stars and claimed Georgia Harrison is doing 'really well' following her split from Sam Gowland

Addressing their break up, Kem shared his thoughts on Sam and Georgia's short-lived fling - that saw them pack on the PDA during a romantic break in Marbella - and insisted Georgia is doing 'really well' in the wake of her split.

'She's doing really well, she was glowing actually,' he insisted, before adding: 'Maybe [she and Sam] thought it was the best decision to make.'

He added that he and girlfriend Amber are now very close to Georgia - despite their frosty start on Love Island that saw Georgia arrive late to the villa and split up Kem and Amber by choosing to couple up with the reality hunk.

He revealed: 'Considering what happened in the villa, Georgia is actually a really lovely girl. Amber really gets on with her and I really get on with her.'

Kem added that he doesn't get to see as many of his former co-stars as he hopes and couldn't resist commenting on Jonny Mitchell's rumoured new romance with Made In Chelsea's Stephanie Pratt.

It's claimed Jonny could end up starring on the E4 reality series if things work out between himself and Stephanie, with Kem telling MailOnline: 'They look like a good couple!

'I haven't spoken to Jonny much since I left - he wasn't the closest person to me in the villa - but you never know, they could genuinely be together!'

Jonny, meanwhile, has hinted that things could progress with Stephanie, gushing that she is 'hilarious' and a 'lovely girl'.

He told OK! magazine: 'We're seeing each other again soon, she is such a diamond.'
