The former TOWIE star shared a vivacious selfie showing off her enviably toned abs alongside a pal in the water.

Making a splash in the sea, the star's gym honed body was on full display in a string bikini.

And in another snap showcasing her pert derriere she captioned the post: 'Put yo hands in the air if you been squatting for summer.'

The star's impressive bottom would have certainly turned heads amid the stunning Porto Recanati shoreline.

Raising her hands to the sky, the star showed off her toned frame in the navy two piece bikini set.

And pulling her hair back into a bun, Lydia lapped up the sun rays which complemented her naturally good skin.

Meanwhile, the star took the opportunity last month to reveal she has a new boyfriend.

According to The Sun, the mystery man in question is car garage owner Lee Cronin, a fitness fan who is no stranger to a shirtless selfie.

She wrote alongside the image: 'Sunday funday with all my favourite people. Happy birthday my love'.

Lydia's fans were stunned to learn she had a secret boyfriend, reacting to her post with excitement and surprise.

Arg announced: 'Super excited for my comeback to the small screen & taking part in the brilliant @celebsgodating on E4.

'I'm a huge fan of the show after watching 2 of my closest mates Joey & Ferne previously take part!'

Poking fun at his own unsuccessful relationships of the past, he then added jestingly: 'Hopefully I don't get rejected too many times lol,' before calling out to his followers, 'Anyone up for a date!? Haha.'
