She began the night by looking angelic in a white gown by Stephanie Rolland that bared one shoulder and showed major cleavage with a front keyhole cutout.
The Swish Swish singer later changed into a long sparkling grey frock with semi-sheer skirt and leggings while hosting the awards ceremony at The Forum.
The couture gown that Katy arrived in featured a long wide train.
Katy accessorized with large hoop earrings and sported her short pixie blonde hairstyle upon arrival.
The Dark Horse singer sparkled like a disco ball in her second outfit that included matching open-toed heels.
She added even more dazzle with shiny silver earrings.
