'I think that’s how it’s going to go. I get the toothbrush...' and she pretended to frantically brush her tongue.

Meanwhile, Maisie retweeted a message she had first posted on August 2016 telling fans to begin emotionally readying themselves for season 7.

Then she replied to herself with a J Alexander GIF, showing the America's Next Top Model judge and coach with his eyes wide open to capture her pure and utter shock.

She captioned it, simply: 'U [were] so right.'

Whether she was referring to Daenerys and Jon/Aegon's love tryst or her own shocking execution of treasonous trouble maker Littlefinger, played by Aidean Gillen, is anyone's guess.

Meanwhile the ratings are in for Sunday's episode with The Hollywood Reporter calling it the 'biggest show on TV.'

It logged a record 16.5 million viewers with live tune-in and night-of streams included.

Viewers tuned in on Sunday to see  the Night King finally make his move to wipe out the people of Westeros by bringing down The Wall.

The finale ended with the land of the living on a knife edge, with the leader of the White Walkers using his powerful new undead dragon mount to smash an enormous hole in the structure that had stood for around 8,000 years.

It sets the scene for a massive battle to open Season 8, which has yet to set a release date, with some speculating that it might not drop until 2019.
