According to Just Jared, Marion will be honouring Christian Dior's Artistic Director Raf Simons with the International Award - a fitting presentation, considering Marion recently starred in an ad campaign for the fashion house.

Earlier that day, Marion  sported a striped shirt and white flats while strolling through New York City on Monday - an outfit that was awfully reminiscent of fashion designer Coco Chanel.

Meanwhile, Marion is starring in the film version of Macbeth as the titular character's wife.

The actress remarked to Variety of her role: 'It’s the first time I’ve played a character with no light, total darkness.

'And when she loses control … I’m affected by the character I live with when I’m shooting, so I lost control of everything, like her, and it was really hard to handle.'

Additionally, Marion is currently starring in the drama The Immigrant opposite Joaquin Phoenix and Jeremy Renner.

The period piece - which was released in May - follows the story of Ewa (Marion), a Polish immigrant who enters the United States alongside her sister.

When her sister is quarantined and taken from her in customs, Ewa begins prostituting herself so she can eventually make enough money to get her sister back.

'Her sister is everything to her, and I guess in the same situation I would do anything for my brothers,' Marion remarked of her character to BBC.

She is lovely no matter what she wears but the designers seem to be grasping any idea for something different. Sometimes it just doesn't work.
