Sarah admitted to being anxiety-ridden by various fears, including bees, clowns and clusters of small holes.

'I could be carrying a small child, and if a bee came around, that baby’s getting dropped,' Paulson said. 'I can’t manage my feeling about it.'

She also shared her battle with trypophobia, the fear of irregular patterns or clusters of small holes as images of a beehive blasted the screen.

'I just think they’re disgusting,' Sarah said. 'I can’t look at a coral reef or a natural sponge.'

Without fail, Sarah screamed out loud and shook her hands at the Finding Dory star as the audience laughed along in delight.

Sarah carried on with the interview before asking if anything would be popping out of the end table on stage.

As soon as Ellen said no, a large clown wearing a bright red wig sprung out of the box and scared the actress yet again.
