Celebrities flocked to Central Park on Saturday for the 2017 Global Citizen Festival.

Among them was Demi Lovato, who'd complemented a skintight pink dress with deep scarlet lipstick at the star-studded bash.

The 25-year-old's chic sleeveless outfit featured a bit of frill over the shoulders.
