But on Monday, Charlize Theron stepped out for a lunch date at Angelini Osteria with a friend in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old showed off her long legs in her fitted black jeans for the afternoon outing.

Charlize also chose to go without makeup and pulled her hair into a casual updo.

The beauty adopted her son Jackson in March 2012 and her daughter August in July 2015.

She most recently starred in the action film Atomic Blonde; in the film, which was released in late July, she played a spy.

Charlize attended the Los Angeles premiere of the movie while sporting an eye catching look. 

For the July 24 premiere, the movie star wowed in a bra top with a sheer blouse, adding a fringed skirt and booties.
