Surgery addict Manoush, from Munich, Germany, left This Morning viewers in shock when she told Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford her real age. Describing herself as a 'human lab rat', Manoush explained how she is the first person to try injecting herself with an ancient bacteria which apparently shows no signs of ageing. After initially telling the presenters that she is 'far over 40', Manoush was eventually pushed to reveal her exact age, prompting disbelieving viewers to say she looks '110 years old'.

These are the first pictures of the 'murdered' policewoman whose body was found in a lake at a popular beauty spot. Mother-of-three Leanne McKie, 39, (pictured left with her officer husband and centre with her husband and children), was an officer for Greater Manchester Police. A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Cheshire Police were called to Poynton Park (pictured right) at about 3.45am on Friday after reports a body had been found. A formal identification of the body has not yet taken place but it is believed to be Ms McKie. Detective Inspector Adam Waller said: 'At this stage this appears to be an isolated incident and we are doing everything we can to establish the exact circumstances of what has happened. A 43-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the incident; he is assisting officers with their inquiries.' 

Prince Harry reignited his friendship with former US President Barack Obama today as the pair attended a wheelchair basketball match in Canada together. The royal has met the politician on several occasions previously and struck up a warm friendship with him and wife Michelle. Both men were casually dressed at the Toronto Pan Am Centre as they took their seats to watch a fast-paced match between the USA and France, chatting enthusiastically.Although their arrival was unannounced, they were mobbed by a huge crowd as they walked in and word quickly spread. Obama enjoyed a hugely successful state visit to the UK in 2011, when he and his family stayed with the Queen. And last year he and his wife had dinner with William, Kate and Harry at Kensington Palace, where they met Prince George. Obama has also thrown his support behind Harry's Invictus Games, a Paralympic-style event for injured servicemen and women, taking place in Toronto this week. 

Heartbreaking footage of ailing Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner at his California mansion, taken in his final months, has been released. Hefner, who passed away on Wednesday at age 91 after contracting a bug, is seen inside the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills with unkempt gray hair, wearing light blue pajamas and using a walker as a carer supports his hunched frame (left and right). The images are further proof of the rapid health decline Hefner was facing and his reported reluctance to attend public appearances (inset, 2013). Hefner had reportedly been suffering a crippling back infection for two years, was bedridden and could barely walk without assistance.

She rounded off their passionate first Strictly Come Dancing routine by planting an impromptu kiss on his lips. And Debbie McGee seems just as smitten with her 27-year-old dance partner Giovanni Pernice off-screen, as pictures of them meeting for rehearsals show. Steve Golding and Hannah Henderson (inset) say they were 'failed massively' by the East Kent 111 service after their son Teddy fell ill at their home in Dover Road, Folkestone and later died. After their first worried phone call to NHS 111 at 1am, the pair said they were given an appointment to see the out-of-hours GP at 9.30am. According to the heartbroken couple, when they attended the appointment, baby Teddy (top with Mr Golding) was diagnosed with the common infant condition, colic. But when the newborn's hands and feet began to turn purple, his worried parents and a concerned neighbour said they called the NHS 111 service. They claim they then waited over an hour for the ambulance to arrive while their son turned 'blue and purple'. Mr Golding and Miss Henderson then called 999. 

Johnston, Iowa police say a local mother (bottom right) left her four kids, ages six to 12, home alone on September 20 while she took a trip to Germany. Police received a tip about the unsupervised children a day after Erin Lee Macke, 30, left the country. When they conducted a welfare check on the house, they found the kids alone and an unloaded handgun left on top of the dresser in the master bedroom. Police called Macke in Germany, and she admitted that she left her kids alone when all of her babysitters fell through. She said she didn't plan to return until October 1. Police ordered her to come home, but she only cut her trip short four days. A day before returning home, she brazenly posted several pictures of her trip to Instagram - including pictures of her sightseeing (right, in center image) and eating traditional Germans meals (center top inset). She was taken into custody after returning to the U.S. Wednesday night. Macke now faces four counts of child endangerment and one count of making a firearm available to a person under the age of 21. Her eldest children, 12-year-old twins (top left), are with unspecified family members while her younger daughters, six and seven (bottom left), are with their dad. Public records show she divorced a Matthew Macke in 2013. Posts on Instagram show that Macke competed in a bikini competition in May (top right, with one of her daughters).

A former soldier, career diplomat and ex-Liberal Democrat candidate won the Ukip leadership today, defeating the far-right Anne Marie Waters. Henry Bolton (main image after the vote was confirmed) secured a shock victory that was confirmed by party officials who had been braced for a potentially terminal split had Ms Waters won. Virtual unknown Mr Bolton, 54, won with 3,874 votes - more than a 1,000 more than his closest rival. The married father of three told Ukip activists they had to be united to pursue their mission of delivering Brexit. Nigel Farage offered his immediate congratulations to Ukip's fourth leader in 12 months.

An isolated Theresa May (circled) was left stuck at the back of the EU's family photo today after Jean-Claude Juncker (front row third from right) warned starting trade talks on time would need 'miracles'. The Prime Minister arrived in Estonia for an informal summit with a promise of security cooperation and a planned meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel (front row left) after her Florence speech. But European Commission president Mr Juncker slapped down Britain's latest offers just days after council chief Donald Tusk (front row sixth from right) struck a more positive note. Mrs May was in the back row, two behind Mr Juncker, and in the corner - as far as possible from Mrs Merkel. French President Emmanuel Macron took pride of place in the centre of the frame (front row fifth from right) just a day after unveiling his vision for EU reform, while the new Irish PM Leo Varadkar (second row left) got a plumb spot in the second row near Mrs Merkel.

Justin Hopwood worked as one of the leading male models for brand Ralph Lauren from 2010 to 2016. The South African model has been showing signs of alopecia since 2015. The once full-haired Hopwood hopes that his mane will make a return visit sometime in the future. In the past two years, he said that he has taken more than 600 hormone injections to the face and head.

A tattoo artist branded 'Doctor Evil' has denied wounding three customers by slicing one's tongue in half, removing another's nipple, and cutting off one's ear (injuries pictured right). Brendan McCarthy (pictured left), 48, pleaded not guilty to four counts of wounding and inflicting grievous bodily harm and two of causing it at Wolverhampton Crown Court. He is accused of carrying out the harmful procedures without the appropriate qualifications at his tattoo parlour 'Dr Evil's Body Modification Emporium' (pictured bottom left) in Wolverhampton between 2012 and 2015. Mr McCarthy, of Bushbury, Wolverhampton no longer runs the studio and spoke only to confirm his name and his plea in court today.

A gang of drug traffickers machine-gunned a McDonald's after their demand for 40 free burgers with fries and soft drinks was turned down. Extraordinary TV footage showed terrified customers - including some with young children - hiding under tables and crouching down behind the counter at the fast food store in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro as they came under attack. One of the bandits was filmed telling a McDonald's manager what he wanted - before a suspected accomplice repeated his request for free food when his partner-in-crime was turned away. A violent gang returned 10 minutes later with machine guns and started firing indiscriminately at the premises in Bonsucesso, north Rio.

Thousands of people lined up at San Juan Harbor on Thursday to board a cruise ship that will take them to the United States, and many have said they don't think they will ever come back.  Hurricane Maria, which came ashore as the strongest storm to hit the island in nearly 90 years, has created a humanitarian crisis in the US territory.  The powerful storm knocked out the nation's electric grid and has crippled communications networks, transport and the water supply for the territory's 3.4million people.

A giant turtle which washed up on a Spanish beach had to be lifted by digger into a truck after it was found in Barcelona. The enormous leatherback turtle, which can grow up to seven foot long, was discovered in Calella near the Catalan city.  Video footage shows the size of the beast as a digger hoists it from the beach and puts it down into the back of a truck which is parked on the side of a seaside road.

A graffiti artist was spotted daubing a picture of the Queen in racy underwear on the side of a house in central London. A picture emerged appearing to show a man in overalls in the middle of painting the murals (left), but one witness said he spotted two masked men painting the wall on Friday morning.

EXCLUSIVE: Nathalie Lout, 37, from Kettering (right), who was let down by her dressmaker and left with the prospect of wearing just a plain slip to say 'I do' in, was rescued by a bridal boutique with just an hour to spare. Courtyard Bridal Boutique, based in the market town, received a call from the couple's panicked wedding photographer, explaining that their dressmaker had let down the bride-to-be at the last minute, leaving her with nothing to wear. After a frantic bout of dressmaking - and a call to say the bride may be running a little late, Nathalie finally walked down the aisle in her bespoke dress at midday.

Most brides insist on being the mane attraction on their big day. But one medal-winning equestrian vaulter shared her nuptials with the other love of her life – her horse WH Bentley. Joanne Eccles made sure the stallion was a huge part of her special day when she married Fraser Littlejohn at Caputh Parish Church in Perthshire. The 28-year-old stood on the back of her horse while he cantered in front of surprised guests. The vaulter has two European gold medals and a host of silvers and bronzes. She started slowing down her career in 2015 and now works as a trainer.

Scott Baldwin is an early contender for the most bizarre injury of the year after being bitten by a lion in Bloemfontein. The Ospreys and Wales hooker was forced to miss his side's 44-25 thumping by the Cheetahs after an incident at Weltevreden Game Lodge. Initially it was unclear why the forward was absent but Osprey's head coach Steve Tandy admitted it was not rugby related. He said: 'There was an incident with a lion, it's nothing to do with the lion in all fairness to it but he did bite Scott.

A cuddly ensemble of giant panda cubs made their first appearance today at a breeding centre in Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding research base in south-west China. According to the People's Daily, the 11 naughty giant panda cubs born met the public and certainly created mayhem as they naughty little tikes were uncontrollable meeting the public for the first time. The cubs, all less than a year old, appeared to be more interested in playing than queueing up to be fed.

A horrifying photo posted to Facebook shows a mangled 2015 Honda CRV and two undamaged car seats. Jenna Casado Rabberman from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, hopes to remind parents to buckle their kids in correctly, even if it is inconvenient. Rabberman was driving her three-year-old and six-week-old sons home from preschool when another car slammed into them. All were unharmed.
