She filed for divorce from her husband of 10 months on September 20th but two days earlier Audrina Patridge requested a temporary restraining order against Corey Bohan.

The Hills alum, 32, also sought a child abduction prevention order against the 35-year-old professional BMX rider, according to People Wednesday.

At the weekend, the pair were seen meeting in Irvine so that Audrina could hand over their daughter Kirra to her father for a visit.

'Audrina is putting on a brave face, but these exchanges between Audrina and Corey are court ordered to take place at a police station for her protection,' a rep for the TV personality told People. 'There is still a family law domestic violence case open.'

Audrina is asking for primary physical and legal custody of the 15-month-old child.

The former reality star has moved out of the Irvine, California, home she shared with her husband and in her divorce petition, she cited irreconcilable differences.

'She got the restraining order because she was afraid how he would retaliate when she filed for divorce,' an insider told the magazine. 'Corey has said to Audrina multiple times, ‘If you leave me, I’ll come after you.’ So she had to get some additional protection.'

In his legal response, according to People, Corey denied the abuse allegations leveled against him by his estranged wife who'd accused him of shoving her while she was holding Kirra and snatching a cell phone out of her hand during an argument.
