Having a blonde moment! Elle Fanning lets her hair fall in her face as she shows up for work on Woody Allen's new movie in NYC

She's been hard at work in New York on a publicly untitled Woody Allen movie which stars Selena Gomez.

And Elle Fanning was spotted again on Friday at the shoot, carrying a binder that may have contained her sides.

The 19-year-old actress let her lovely blonde locks fall in her face as she headed to set in slippers.

Her green and black tartan purse hung in front of her as she brushed her wavy blonde hair away from her face.

The younger sister of Dakota Fanning is featuring in this Woody Allen film with such names as Gomez, Liev Schreiber, Jude Law and Timothée Chalamet.

This is Elle's first time working with Woody, as it is for Timothée, Selena and Jude.

Liev, however, has done one film involving the auteur - he and Woody both acted in the the 2013 comedy film Fading Gigolo, directed by John Turturro. 

Elle's recently played the iconic Frankenstein author Mary Shelley in an eponymous biopic that premiered this month at the Toronto International Film Festival.

It's been directed and co-written by Haifaa Al-Mansour, the first woman to direct a feature film in Saudi Arabia, and also stars Maisie Williams and Joanne Froggatt.

The movie follows Mary - daughter of Mary Wollstonecraft of A Vindication Of The Rights Of Woman fame - as she strikes up her romance with Percy Bysshe Shelley.

Elle's also recently starred in The Beguiled, Sofia Coppola's adaptation of A Painted Devil, a 1966 Thomas P. Cullinan novel set during the American Civil War.

Among the film's other stars were Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst and Colin Farrell.

A 1971 movie of the book, also called The Beguiled, had starred Clint Eastwood.
