Kendall Jenner let her clothes do the talking for her when she stepped out in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

The 21-year-old supermodel was spotted leaving a dermatologist's office in a white baseball cap emblazoned with the words: 'NO PICTURES'.

It's been a busy few weeks for the leggy star and her family, with Kendall yet to comment on the reported pregnancies of her sisters, Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kim Kardashian's pregnancy via surrogate.

It was a rare day off for the busy model, who has also been touring the globe for Fashion Week, walking in shows in New York, London and Milan.

In the middle of all that jet-setting, it was revealed two of her sisters, Kylie Jenner, 20, and Khloe Kardashian, 33, are pregnant, with her other sister, Kim Kardashian, expecting via surrogate.

Kylie's shock pregnancy was revealed last week, while Khloe's hit headlines a few days later.

Meanwhile, it was first revealed Kim was expecting via surrogate back in June, with the 36-year-old confirming the news in a new trailer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians on Thursday.

The Kardashian baby boom comes as the famous family gears up for the 10th season of their successful reality show.

But Kendall was clearly not in the mood to discuss any of it as she she tried to make a low-key exit from the dermatologist.

The stunning star looked like she'd just come from a workout in a pair of black leggings and a white tank top.

She also wore white sneakers with red stripes at the sides.

Clearly heeding to the the message written on her cap, Kendall was seen shielding the side of her face as she stepped into a waiting car.

She carried a shopping bag and her cell phone in one hand.

After jumping into the front passenger seat of the car, Kendall kept her head down as she was whisked away, her message heard loud and clear.
