Sundae funday! Scott Disick is on dad duty as he treats kids Mason and Penelope to ice cream... amid new romance with Sofia Richie

After making headlines recently for his controversial dating life, Scott Disick was happy to just be dad on Friday.

The 34-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was spotted treating his two eldest kids, Mason, seven, and Penelope, five, to some ice cream in LA's Calabasas. 

Scott is also dad to son Reign, two, with his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, 38.

The once-troubled reality star is reportedly caring for his children while Kourtney enjoys a romantic holiday in Paris with her 23-year-old boyfriend, Younes Bendjima.

But it's nothing he can't handle - Scott has been getting plenty of experience with kids lately, dating 19-year-old Sofia Richie. 

Before picking up some ice cream, the professional party boy took his kids out for dinner at King's Fish House, also in Calabasas.

He stepped out in a pair of khaki cargo pants, which he teamed with a black and white striped T-shirt.

The self-professed 'Lord Disick' also wore white sneakers and round sunglasses. 

He was seen clutching his daughter's hand, who wore a soft pink silk slip dress layered over a white tank top.

She also donned fluffy leopard-print slides, and her hair was pulled up in a topknot. 

At one stage, Scott was seen resting a protective hand on his son's shoulder as the trio walked along together.

Mason wore a black Calabasas T-shirt, printed with a picture of a car.

He also wore black Nike shorts and black and red sneakers with velcro straps, which he paired with red socks. 

Speaking about fatherhood back in 2012, Scott said his kids are his 'world'.

'It's pretty unbelievable starting another chapter in your life. It's a lot better than not having children,' he told Us Weekly.
