Kim Kardashian was trashed for looking fuller in bikini photos taken during her Mexico vacation in May.

And soon afterwards the 36-year-old wife of Kanye West started to feel bad about her body, it's revealed in a teaser for Sunday's new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. It is also assumed she has developed body dysmorphia.

'Kim is normally not this insecure,' said Kourtney, 38, during a confessional.

But she wears a sexy outfit anyway: Her sisters note that though she is flashing her midriff, she has become 'insecure' about her shape

She added that she feels the problem has to do with pressure online.

'If she just didn’t have access to social media or just stopped looking at the blogs, I think that she would start to feel better,' said the mother of three.

'I feel like one of the best things she did for herself after her Paris incident was she really detached herself from the internet and social media,' said Khloe, who is reportedly pregnant.

Her thoughts: Khloe, 33, says they should wipe clean all of Kim's social media apps

'I think we kind of need to step in and do something like that so she realizes this does not matter, and we take that bulls*** out of her life.'

So Khloe and Kourtney come up with a plan to help Kim.

While Kim visits Khloe's Calabasas mansion, Kourtney will take Kim's phone and delete her social media apps.

When the Vogue cover model walks in, Khloe asks her to help her with her closet.

'Oh, you look gorgeous. Look at that bod. Hot and naughty,' Khloe began as a way to bolster Kim's confidence.

Kim then suggests that Khloe's makeup looks bad, a subtle attack on her younger sibling.

And once Kim enters Khloe's closet, the mother to North and Saint tortures Khloe, making it seem as if she has an ax to grind with the girlfriend of Tristan Thompson.

Chaos: Meanwhile, Kourtney takes all the social media apps off Kim's cell phone

'[You’re getting] rid of this stuff?' said Kim.

She is looking at a pile of clothes on the floor. 'I think those red thermals are the coolest thing you have in this closet.'

At she doesn't stop. 'So you’re keeping this?' barks Kim. She is seen holding a blue jacket with shimmers in it.

'I like sequins,' said Khloe, Later she said she regrets offering to let Kim in her closet.

'This is Jersey Shore on another level,' Kim said about another item.

Khloe is not happy: 'It’s probably the worst idea I’ve ever had, because now I’m being tortured.'

It's not clear why Kim is so rude to Khloe.

She then later asks Kourtney: 'And like, what the f*** is taking you so long? Like, I can’t handle being alone with her in the closet.'
