Brisbane fitness model Chontel Duncan, 28, gave birth to her second child September 20. She has begun her own HIIT routine, with the first two weeks focused on nutrition. Chontel will then be allowed to resume training again, introducing cardio back into her routine. In the fourth week, Chontel will then be allowed to begin strength training again. The personal trainer delivered son Swayde Noel via caesarean just days after her last workout.
