Katie Couric is selling the Upper East Side apartment where she's live for nearly two decades - a year after she and her husband upgraded to a $12million condo a few blocks away.
The former Today co-host put her 4,000-square-foot Park Avenue apartment up on the market last week for $8.25million.
The 10-room co-op includes five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and views of Park Avenue's famous tulip gardens and the historic Brick Presbyterian Church.
A friend told the New York Post that 'Katie raised her family' in the apartment, but 'moved last year to a new apartment after she remarried.'

A listing on Stribling says the third-floor apartment 'has big windows, beautiful original parquet flooring as well as charming views of Park Avenue’s famous tulip gardens, tree tops and the Brick Church.'
The Post reports that the pre-war building is 'known for very high ceilings and big rooms'.
Other features of the third-floor apartment include an 'unusually large' chef's eat-in kitchen with marble counter-tops and terra-cotta floors, a breakfast nook, a butler's pantry, a living room with fireplace and a formal fining room.
There's even a staff bedroom tucked behind the kitchen and laundry room.
The 'white glove, full service co-op' features a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, a semi-private elevator, a live-in super and a bike room.
The bedrooms are split between two wings for privacy. One wing features the master bedroom and adjacent study that can be turned into a bedroom. The other wing as one en-suite bedroom with a walk-in closet and two more bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom.
Couric's new condo in the Peter Pennoyer building on east 78th Street is about the same size at 3,966 square feet, with four bedrooms. Simon Cowell is among the famous tenants of the 14-residence boutique building.

In addition to her new New York City pad, Couric also owns a summer home in East Hampton, New York. In 2006, Couric bought a 1.55-acre estate in the tony Long Island town for $5.65million, which includes a poolside guest cottage and a tennis court.
Last year, Couric compared house-hunting to dating in an interview with the New York Times.
