The mother-of-two has said: ‘I love exercise, even the elliptical machine [a cross trainer] and stretching.’ 

She also does hula-hooping, yoga, running and strength training.

What to try: The ‘fly up’ targets the waist. Sit on the floor and lean back on your elbows. 

Place feet together with knees bent at 90 degrees. 

Extend your legs and hold in the air at 45 degrees. Squeeze abs as you reach for your feet.

Pulse 15-20 times, return to the start and repeat three times.
