And Russell Brand looked delighted as he headed for a stroll with his 11-month-old daughter Mabel in London on Tuesday.

With one hand on the buggy and one holding onto his pet dog, Bear, the 42-year-old comedian seemed in high spirits.

Opting for a low-key look, the Radio X presenter donned a charcoal grey T-shirt with tapered jogging bottoms and trainers.

Layering up, the star wore a leather jacket, whilst he styled his curly locks in a stylish man bun and sported a neatly groomed beard.

Ensuring his little one wouldn't feel the chill, Russell draped his daughter in a woolen blanket, whilst a selection of toys were attached to the pram to keep Mabel amused.

Former addict Russell welcomed daughter Mabel with Scottish lifestyle blogger Laura Gallacher in November 2016.

The Get Him To The Greek star began dating Kirsty Gallacher's sister in 2007 with the pair having an on/off romance.

The couple's romance has since gone from strength to strength, with the pair tying the knot in August 2017.

Speaking on ITV's Lorraine recently, Russell said of his new life: 'It’s so extraordinary to find such comfort and peace in a way things are obvious, getting married, having baby, I feel very relaxed, surprised but relaxed

‘I was watching my wife singing to our daughter, I thought wow this is happening, I am the father in this relationship, it felt beautiful.’

When asked by Lorraine if he would have more children, Russell responded 'Oh yeah! The actual birth bit is brilliant, surprising, amazing. I saw how mental it was my wife’s birth was a crazy world, I was on the periphery.

'The midwifes were dominating, I was scuttling around, jealous of the oxygen she was on.'

Russell also admitted that fatherhood had settled him down as he spoke sweetly of his little girl to Stellar Magazine recently: 'She grabs my face, closes her fist and twists it. I quite like that. Nothing she does annoys me.'

'It's just that you can't ever go, "Would you mind being on standby for an hour so I can do something else?" It's a total lack of control: she'll punch and I'll surrender'.

The Rock Of Ages actor admitted that even though he may have been viewed as a Lothario in the past, he's long been broody.

'I’ve always loved being around kids; sort of obsessively, really. I have strong relationships with all my mates’ kids.

'If I go to their house I sometimes spend more time with them. Because I enjoy play quite a lot – and kids are willing to just put on stupid voices and muck around,' he concluded.

Russell was previously married to American songstress Katy Perry from 2010-2012.

Whilst he is reportedly worth £10 million, Russell recently hinted that he had given his fortune away.

He said: ‘I live hand to mouth. I gave people too much money, I gave too much to charity. I bought too many good things, I didn’t look at the contracts. Now I’ve got to work for the rest of my life.’

Speaking on Megyn Kelly Today on Tuesday, Russell, who appeared on the show to talk about his recovery from drugs and sobriety, also couldn't resist talking about his little girl as he labelled her 'beautiful, vindictive and vicious.'
