'I ate a 80/20 diet during the pregnancy, this was made up of 80 per cent clean healthy whole foods and 20 per cent relaxed meals.'
These relaxed meals consisted of eating out, foods that are processed, high in fat and high in sugar etc.
'I wasn't 100 per cent consistent on this 80/20 diet as I actually love eating well, therefore some weeks I would literally eat 100 per cent clean,' she said.
'I never weighed or measured macros during my pregnancy, I just ate when I was hungry and ensured I was never caught off guard hungry.'

One of her go-to breakfasts are protein pancakes and her morning tea often consists of curry bites with vegetables and the occasional WPI shake
Chontel continued her 80/20 diet at one and a half weeks postpartum and then jumped onto her own HIIT 8 week transformation program.
This consists of a customised meal plan that her husband designed for her.
'I haven't been able to train, however just eating on the plan has been amazing for results,' she said.
She occasionally eats corn thins with strawberry jam as a snack and regularly eats Quorn chicken-free nuggets with steamed vegetables and tomato sauce for her afternoon tea
'I have certain macros I must stick within which calculates 1900 calories per day, my macro split is dominate in carbohydrates which I absolutely love.'
