She's ready! Stella made quite the impression when she took to the runway in Paris last year
For her sweat session the Victoria Secret veteran sported black sports leggings with sheer paneling and a black Angel Max Sports Bra with criss-cross back detailing.
She kept her make-up minimal, with a bit of cheek highlight and sharp brows, and kept her golden locks in a sleek high pony tail with tight braids on the side to keep fly away hairs from escaping.
One of the focuses of the workout was to sweat but also de-stress, focusing on the importance of a balanced routine.
'Today we’re going to show you how we go through our transformative yoga practice that not only strengths your body and muscles and keeps you nice and toned but most importantly it gets your mind right,' Beth introduced the session.
'So we’re going to get grounded and stabilized in our minds so we can go on and take over the world,' she added.
Throughout the session Beth guided Stella and followers at home through lunges, downward dogs, and full body stretches.

In August she confessed to Elle that yoga is her go-to fitness program and that she often films herself in her journey of improvement.
'Yeah, my yoga teacher will come to my house, or I'll go to their studio. And if I want to practice and get better, most of that is doing a lot of work on my own time at home,' she admitted.
It's on! Stella revealed to Elle she's such a yoga fanatic, she often films herself during classes and uses the clips to help her train on her own in the comfort of her home or hotels

'So I film my classes and take the videos around. Sometimes I FaceTime my teachers, too,' she added on her home workout routines.
She says through filming she can track her growth, and the strides have been great.
'It's definitely interesting, because you can track your progression—like, I can tell I'm getting better and stronger, and I can see when the poses become second nature, which they do after a while,' she shared.
'And then the funny thing is, I see a series of all my VS Sport outfits going through the year. So it's like a fashion timeline, too,' she added to Elle.
During the frenzy of Victoria Secret castings, Stella was cool and collected strolling around New York City afterwards with girlfriend actress Kristen Stewart.
Between travelling and working out, Stella was also made the face of Australian clothing brand Alice McCall earlier this month.
