Sciorra told the publication Weinstein had raped her in the early 1990s, and continued to sexually harass her, while Hannah said the disgraced movie mogul had twice sexually harassed her in the early 2000s, and believes he clandestinely hurt her career after she wouldn't let him fondle her breasts.
'We must amplify the voices of those who've risked everything to protect others,' Chastain tweeted, thanking both actresses 'for coming forward,' and writing to Hannah, 'Your brave step will make a difference in the lives of many women. We're here for you.'
Chastain on October 9 tweeted she 'was warned from the beginning' about Weinstein, adding that 'the stories were everywhere,' and 'to deny that is to create an environment for it to happen again.'
