Tyrese Gibson spends over $107,000 per month... well over what he claims to earn as custody battle rages on

It's no wonder he wanted to borrow $5million from Will Smith.

Tyrese Gibson spends almost $2k a month more than he earns, court documents have revealed.

According to TMZ, the Fast & Furious star makes $105,686; however his monthly outgoings run to $107,576.

The documents reveal he has $884,658, an owns property worth $1.7million.

However, he also owes his lawyers $133,750.

The actor has been prone to increasingly desperate outbursts on social media as his custody battle with ex-Norma Mitchell Gibson over their daughter Shayla.

On Tuesday her lawyer has demanded that the 38-year-old  have a 'mental evaluation' in light of those 'recent, bizarre actions'.

Norma is applying for a permanent restraining order against her Baby Boy star ex and she argued that 'he's violated the temporary order by posting videos talking about 10-year-old Shayla.'

Tyrese claimed on Instagram Saturday morning that a new medication was to blame for his recent outbursts. 

'11:11 today here’s my public apology - everything just changed Medication post,' Tyrese captioned the lengthy post.

'I want you guys to know that to this day I don’t drink, smoke or on any level do I do drugs......... because of this high stress and very traumatic experience I was advised then ultimately connected with multiple therapist and psychiatrist I had a few private meetings and this particular drug that was suggested although maybe helpful to others had an adverse effect on me and this is the reason I had a complete meltdown online.'

Last week he claimed Will Smith and Jada Pinkett had given him $5million to help with his legal bills, which a source close to the couple subsequently denied. 

Earlier in November, the model-turned-actor vented on social media about a number of ongoing issues in his personal life.

Tyrese cried as he made an appeal to see his daughter Shayla and threatened to withdraw from the Fast & Furious 9 if The Rock remains involved.
