Anything Kim can do! Kourtney Kardashian praises gruesome vampire facials... saying they make you look 'refreshed'

No pain, no vain, as the old Kardashian mantra goes.

Kourtney extolled the benefits of vampire facials on her premium app this week.

The procedure extracts blood, separates the plasma, smears it back onto  — and injects back into — ones face for that youthful, glowing look.

Get set for party season in Kourtney's PrettyLittleThing dress

We love a celebrity collaboration, but when a Kardashian is involved, you know it's going to be good!

Kourtney Kardashian has teamed up with PrettyLittleThing and of course she modelled one of the designs on the big launch night.

Nothing says party season quite like sequins, so this embellished LBD is everything you're looking for and so much more! We love the simple cami straps and zip back, as well as how Kourtney styled it with lace up heels and a ponytail.

She's got big names like Saint Laurent and Balmain in her wardrobe, so the fact that you can steal her style for just £30 is seriously exciting. Click (right) to buy this exact dress now.

Her sister Kim famously underwent the treatment a few years ago on Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, and appeared barely able to handle the pain, whimpering throughout.

Nevertheless Kourtney — who herself had one over Halloween — insisted this week it is all worth it.

'You've probably seen my sisters and me getting a vampire facial,' she wrote. 'This treatment may look scary, but it is SO beneficial to your skin.'

She explained the process involves the application of the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) in your blood onto and into your skin.

'First, your blood is drawn and run through a centrifuge that spins the blood to separate the lighter plasma from the rest of the contents,' she continued.

'Before the treatment, your skin will be prepped and you'll receive microneedling or microdermabrasion. The PRP will then be applied like a serum and penetrated into the skin with small needles.

'After the treatment, your skin will be a bit red—they advise to not put anything on your skin at all for 24 hours. If I'm home for the weekend, I will keep my skin product-free even longer.'

In Kim's infamous clip, the surgeon tells her the process 'stings a little bit, but it's very tolerable.'

Kim clearly doesn't agree, squirming in pain as the motorized needles rove her face, while the site of her covered in blood almost had BFF Jonathan Cheban gagging.

'This procedure causes trauma to the skin, tricking it into believing that it has been injured,' Kourtney explained.

'Your skin goes into recovery mode by creating new collagen, blood vessels and cells. The blood platelets applied to your skin contain antioxidants, stimulate cell turnover, increase collagen, hydrate, rejuvenate and restore your skin.'

She concluded: 'Your skin look feel refreshed and healthy, with a glowing after-effect.'
