The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 20, appeared to tease at the news yet again by sharing a sweet Thanksgiving post to her official website and gushing over her 'little babies'.

Continuing to cause a stir among her fans, Kylie uploaded a post titled 'What I'm Thankful For This Year' and couldn't resist paying tribute to her pet pups.

Referring to motherhood alongside a heartwarming snap of herself cuddled up to her pooches, Kylie wrote: 'My little babies! They may drive me crazy sometimes, but Normie, Bambi, Harlie and Rosie…I love you!!!'

She then referenced her famous family and added: 'I know I’m one lucky girl. Where would I be without my mom, dad, sisters and brother? I love you guys unconditionally... My dreams just keep getting bigger and bigger.'

Since news of her reported 'pregnancy' first surfaced two months ago, Kylie has been keeping a low-profile, but has continued to share her usual slew of sultry selfies on Instagram.

A source told People magazine: 'Kylie isn’t going to publicly address her pregnancy until she gives birth. She’s not doing any public appearances and just wanted to take six months off.'

An insider had previously told the publication: 'Even though this is a very exciting time for her, she wants to be more private for now and is doing her best to stay out of the public eye.

'She feels good, but her body is changing. She doesn’t want to be photographed. At the moment, she wants more privacy. She has family and friends come to her house instead so she has company.'

'She’s very excited about the baby, though,' they added. 'She talks about the baby nonstop.'
