Sam Kazman Speaks at Hill Briefing on State AG Climate Change Investigations

Recently, state attorneys general have engaged in investigations of organizations and individuals because of their speech on matters of scientific debate, such as climate change. The federal Department of Justice has also been called upon to engage in similar actions. Thus, a briefing for Hill staffers will be hosted by Representative Mike Kelly to discuss these investigations and the implications for the First Amendment rights and the rule of law.
