Diane Keaton shows off beautiful industrial-style 'dream home' in LA... and even stocks the cellar with her own wine label

She has been a successful actress for nearly five decades and was even given the highest honor in the business when she earned a Best Actress Oscar in 1978 for her work in Annie Hall.

But if that wasn't already enough for Diane Keaton, she also happens to live in her 'dream home'.

The 71-year-old thespian showed off her gorgeous 8,000-square-foot home - which was converted from an industrial building - in Los Angeles for a Wine Spectator feature.

Though the home is absolutely magnificent, no doubt one of the highlights of her tour wasn't actually a feature in her home as she stocks the wine cooler and cabinets with bottles from her own wine label: The Keaton.

According to the lifestyle magazine, bottles from her company - which she started in 2014- are the only wine she keeps in the home.

The label is crafted specifically to the way Diane enjoys her wine which interestingly enough is in a lowball glass over ice.

Diane is also very open about her favorite place on the sprawling property as she said: 'My favorite room in my home is that damn kitchen.'

The kitchen definitely is a bright spot of the home as it features angled skylights as its features include plenty of re-purposed and vintage items including an old analog kitchen scale.

As the home has an antique theme highlighting exposed brick, rustic wood floors, and plenty of concrete it is reminiscent of properties in New York.

This was an active effort by Keaton as she lived in the Big Apple's legendary San Remo building in the late Seventies as she even credits the stay there as the reason behind her interest in design.

'It was one of those remarkable apartments,' she explained. 'There was a window on every side. Everything was wide open. That was the beginning of my true interest in architecture.'

Despite the theme of her home being vintage, rustic, re-purposed, and industrial, Keaton got inspiration for building her home from a rather modern place: Pinterest.

She said: 'I recommend it to any kind of a person who's a tear-sheet person, which is basically what I was.'

No doubt Diane's home is filled with plenty of love as she lives there with her 22-year-old daughter Dexter and 16-year-old son Duke in addition to their golden retriever named Emma.

The Los Angeles native's career began in 1970 when she starred in the film Lovers And Other Strangers.

She then rose to stardom as she starred as Michael Corleone's wife Kay Adams-Corleone in legendary film The Godfather in 1972  and the following sequel released in 1974.

Perhaps her signature role came years later in 1977 as she starred opposite Woody Allen in Annie Hall.

The following year she won the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her role playing the titular character. She also became a fixture in many of Allen's projects going forward.

Keaton also earned Oscar nominations in the next three decades for 1982's Reds, 1997's Marvin's Room, and 2004's Something's Gotta Give.

Her career is still striving in her Seventies as she is set to star alongside Alicia Silverstone, Jane Fonda, Mary Steenburgen, Andy Garcia, and Craig T. Nelson in Book Club which is set for release next year.
