Her husband made a personal record by scoring his 100th league goal during Leicester City’s triumphant win over Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday evening.

But Rebekah Vardy, 35, proved she’s learned a thing or two about hitting the back of the net from England striker Jamie in a recent video added to her Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon.

Filmed a Leicester City home ground Walkers Stadium as part of their Premier League title celebrations, the clip sees mother-of-four Rebekah blast a stunning penalty past the hapless goalkeeper – while wearing high-heeled stiletto boots.

The WAG’s unconventional strip was completed with a red playsuit and cropped black jacket as she blasted the ball into the top right hand corner.

Husband Jamie was understood to be present when the moment was filmed last May as Leicester made history by winning the Premier League title, and little more than a week after he missed a penalty while playing against Everton.

A friend who was on the pitch told the Mirror: 'Becky showed a surprising amount of composure as she struck the ball. Jamie was shouting tips at her as she prepared and took her run-up.'

They added that his family had been teasing him after her goal, saying that she should have been giving him tips after his penalty miss.

'He took it all in good humour. A hat-trick would have been the icing on the cake but it wasn't to be.'

The footage comes after Rebekah hinted that she is missing her family, as she appeared to send a message to them from the jungle on Monday.

The contestant, who also shares Sofia, 2, with her Leicester footballer husband Jamie Vardy, 30, as well as Megan, 11, and Taylor, six, was seen sporting a hat with a heart and 'u' scrawled on it, while campmate Dennis Wise, 50, was also accused of making secret hand gestures.

Showing the mother-of-four looking pensive as she sported jungle attire, a heart and a 'u' was clearly visible on the hat.

And the image was quickly shared to her Instagram account, marked with an arrow along with a heart emoji.

Despite the display of affection, some fans noted that sending messages to their families is not allowed in the jungle show.

Meanwhile fans accused Dennis Wise of also using a secret hand gesture to communicate with his family.

Viewers noticed he places his hand on his chest and taps it with two fingers when Ant and Dec come into the camp to reveal on live TV who will be facing the Bushtucker trial.

Taking to Twitter to comment on his secret message, one wrote: 'Dennis always places his hand on his heart when Ant & Dec release who's doing the Bushtucker trial' while another added: '#ImACeleb secret message from Dennis Wise, always tapping his heart when Ant & Dec are there.'

A third agreed, sharing a screen grab of the moment and writing: 'Dennis is so cute always touches his chest when they're live, probs saying love you to his fam #cute

'Dennis always places his hand on his heart when Ant & Dec release who's doing the Bushtucker trial' while another added: '#ImACeleb secret message from Dennis Wise, always tapping his heart when Ant & Dec are there.'

Just days before joining the camp a few weeks ago, reports surfaced claiming Rebekah almost pulled out as she feared she would miss her children too much.

A source told The Sun at the time: 'She's going in - but she nearly pulled out yesterday. She's really worried about leaving her kids behind and is really panicking about it.

'She was about to pull out because she can't bear the thought of being away from them for so long, however she has now arranged to fly them out too so that they are with her the minute she leaves the camp.'

'The only reason she agreed to do it in the end was because her kids begged her to do it. They're so excited to see her on TV.'

Rebekah has been throwing herself into motherhood since welcoming baby son Finlay at the beginning of the year.

She is also shares daughter Sofia, three, with Jamie, and has Megan, 11, and Taylor, six, from a previous relationship.

The pair first met when Rebekah was hired to organise Jamie's birthday party in 2014, and they went on to welcome their daughter Sofia before tying the knot at Peckforton Castle in May 2016.

'Last night was great we got to see her vulnerability,' she said of Rebekah.

'I've loved it and loved her- she's not coming across as the funny Becky I know, but she's not going to do a Toff and laugh about everything.

'She hasn't got a reality TV background. When she cracks a bit of banter or a joke, people might not get it and think she's being rude. I told her to smile a bit more before she goes in, she's a lovely lovely girl. She's got a heart of gold.'

Speaking about her task she continued: 'Becky didn't find it tough. She was there to win for her team. You can never win! If she said she was terrified, people would be like oh she's just a WAG, but she's been so fantastic and people are like she's so hard faced.'

Admitting she was honest with her pal, Nicola continued: 'I said to her she won't be the jungle queen, you haven't got the caliber to win. I think women like to hate people like Becky'.
