Keira Knightley slips into Gothic-inspired frock as she joins suave husband James Righton at charity gala in London

They've been happily married for four years and share a two-year-old daughter.

And Keira Knightley, 32, and James Righton, 34, still looked in the first throes of love as they attended the mothers2mothers Winter Fundraiser, hosted by Salma Hayek Pinault and Francois-Henri Pinault in London on Wednesday.

The actress and the Klaxons star put on a chic display at the charity event, which is working to create a generation free from HIV.

We've been searching for the perfect party season LBD, and Keira Knightley might just have found it!

Her midi dress is by The Vampire's Wife, and we love the luxe velvet fabric and pretty frill trim on the cuffs and hem.

Of course Keira isn't the only A-list fan of this label. Channeling Gothic-chic, Keira slipped into an ankle-skimming black gown by The Vampire's Wife, adorned with a frilled hemline and sleeves. 

Adding height to her stature with a pair of black strappy sandals, she wore her chestnut hair in loose waves, working her signature pout. 

Meanwhile James put on a suave display in a bright red suit and crisp white shirt, complete quirky bow tie as he cosied up to his belle.

Keira joined a star-studded guestlist, including Holly Candy, Colin Firth, Sheridan Smith and Jordana. 

As well as being a mum, the Pirates Of The Caribbean star has been busy working on her latest flick.

Berlin, I Love You is an anthology film which tells 20 separate tales of love in the German capital.

Keira will star alongside stars including Jared Leto, Renee Zellweger and Orlando Bloom.

The British beauty combines her acclaimed career with motherhood to daughter Edie, now two, who she welcomed with Klaxons frontman James Righton in May 2015.

The couple got married in the south of France in May 2013.

Talking about motherhood to Elle magazine last year, the actress admitted the whole experience was 'astonishing', and that no job or experience in life can begin to prepare you for it.

'It's a very primal, primal love, that's quite extraordinary,' she explained. 'And the ability to have no sleep and continue going.

'It's not pleasant—I never thought that I could actually do it for the amount of time that I've done it.'
