Jennifer matched her comfy travel wear with a grey knit hat worn atop a long braid while nodding along to silver headphones.

Getting ready for a busy day ahead, the fresh-faced beauty grasped a tall cup of coffee in her hand and a water bottle in the other.

The Grammy winner's trip across the pond comes as estranged husband David Otunga is accusing her of dropping the protective order she against him because she didn't want to testify under oath.

A source told TMZ that would make the Dreamgirls star uncomfortable because the altercation that she claimed took place really never happened.

Soon after the site published this claim, a source close to the actress and singer insisted that was not true and she would gladly testify any time.

This back-and-forth sheds light on just how ugly the split between the couple has become. Together they have son David Jr, aged eight.

In court documents she said she feared for the 'physical and emotional safety and that of my son.'

The first source made it seem as if Hudson was too worried about revealing cracks in her story if she took the stand to discuss her 'physical and emotional safety and that of my son.'

The insider claimed that there is no truth that David ever was a threat to either Jennifer or their son.

Another source also said that 'Jennifer simply didn't expect him to defend himself so vigorously.'

It was added that 'she had to back down or admit David was right he was not a danger to her or their child.'

These claims seemed to cause a source close to Jennifer to contact the site.

That insider said Jennifer 'would have no issue testifying in court because she has witnesses to back up her account of the altercation.'

The alleged incident happened the 'night before' she filed the order of protection.

The source also said that the Sex And The City star 'would never make up something like this' or 'put her child through such an ordeal.'

Another TMZ story added that David has been allowed to see their son again because he is no longer a threat to her as he has moved out of their home.

It was also cleared up that David was never a physical threat to David Jr.

Otunga will be the primary caregiver until a more permanent deal is made, according to the site.

The retired wrestler has vehemently denied all of the Remember Me songstress' allegations of abuse and intimidation with firearms.

Before the legal drama, many doubted the couple would ever walk down the aisle due to their eye-popping, nine-year-long engagement.
