And Taylor Swift made her triumphant comeback to the stage as she delighted fans at KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2017 in Los Angeles on Friday night.

The 27-year-old pop princess dazzled the crowd as she performed songs from her new record-breaking album Reputation.

The Look What You Made Me Do hitmaker positively dazzled as she worked the stage clad in a glittering gold shirt worn over a pair of tiny hotpants, which showcased her endless legs.

Forgoing the heels for her stage comeback, she slipped on black and gold biker boots by Louboutin.

Showcasing a cheeky glimpse of her pert posterior the starlet put on an energetic and passionate performance, whipping her caramel blonde lob around.

She opted for full on glamour for the performance, with smoky eye make-up, fluttery lashes and her signature red lip accentuating her pretty features.

After ten long months, Taylor made her stage comeback at Kiss FM’s Jingle Ball.

The singer performed in front of the crowds looking seriously festive in a glitzy sequin hoodie and shorts combo, and gave the sparkly look her own fashion spin with a pair of heavy biker boots.

The ankle booties are by Christian Louboutin and packed plenty of attitude into her otherwise glam ensemble – it’s had us considering ditching our strappy stilettos for some cool flats over party season!

Taylor had taken a break from singing on the road, opting to focus on her latest album release which dropped back on November 10th.

While her reappearance will no doubt be a relief for Swift's fans, her next several performances will not be solo shows, but as part of bigger events.

She'll be performing at Poptopia in San Jose on December 2, Chicago’s B96 Jingle Bash on December 7 and at New York's Madison Square Garden on December 8.

For Friday, Taylor was joined by superstars The Chainsmokers, Sam Smith, Demi Lovato, Niall Horan, Kesha, Liam Payne, Halsey, Charlie Puth and Logic.

Last month, the star announced she will perform shows in London, Manchester and Dublin in June next year in support of her sixth studio album Reputation.

Reputation became the fastest-selling record in its first week of sales in the US, the eighth largest in American history.

It also became the third of Taylor's albums to top the UK album chart.

It marks two years since the Bad Blood singer last toured, her last run was the '1989 World Tour' for her fifth album '1989'.

The 2018 tour dates are June 8 at Manchester's Etihad Stadium, June 15 at Croke Park, Dublin and June 22 at Wembley Stadium.

Reputation features a collaboration with fellow Jingle Ball performer Ed Sheeran and Future, titled End Game, as well as her recently released singles Look What You Made Me Do and...Ready for It?.

The 15-track album - produced by Jack Antonoff, Max Martin, Shellback and Taylor herself - is her first record for three years since '1989', which was released in October 2014.

Reputation has topped album charts in 111 countries and sold more than 1.29m copies in the U.S. in its first week of release, making it the year's highest selling album.

Ed Sheeran kicked off the festive night with a medley of his favorite songs proving he is a master hit maker.

He closed out his 20-minute set with the ubiquitous Shape Of You which had the audience singing along.

He then covered Charlie Puth's single Attention, before performing their collaboration Bedroom Floor.

It proved to be a mini One Direction reunion with Liam's bandmate Niall Horan, 24, also taking to the stage to perform hits from his chart-topping debut album Flicker.

Meanwhile, Charlie put everyone in the holiday spirit as he sang a rendition of the classic This Is Christmas.

He also performed his hits How Long and One Call Away.
