She was on cloud nine on Thursday when she wed the man who mended her broken heart.

But Andrea McLean's feet still hadn't touched the floor on Saturday, when she joked about Nick Feeney carrying her over the threshold.

The newlyweds looked blissful as they arrived back at home over the weekend, following a romantic ceremony in front of friends and family.

Having wed her third husband in a beautiful white lace gown, Andrea was now back in her comfy-wear.

She wore trainers and jeans with a festive knit, while her husband matched in a cosy jumper.  

Andrea found herself a hot topic of conversation during Friday's episode of Loose Women, as her co-stars couldn't resist gushing about the 'amazing' wedding they attended.

The TV presenter had wed her beau in a romantic yet intimate ceremony on Thursday, but was teased by the Loose Women panel for nearly 'popping out' of her beautiful bridal gown, as she cut her wedding cake with her beau.

Discussing the wedding celebrations live on air, Linda Robson joked: 'She nearly popped out [of her dress] cutting the cake.' 

Andrea looked sensational and every inch the blushing bride as she dazzled in her breathtaking strapless lace fishtail dress for her big day. 

The design sheathed her slender frame and stole a look at her assets, with Kaye Adams joking along with Linda: 'She nearly was a Loose Women!' with regards to her revealing display while leaning over her cake. 

Andrea had donned a lace bolero for her wedding ceremony that covered her bare decolletage, before removing it for the reception. Her gown was adorned with lace and swept out into a full length fishtail train that followed her as she walked.

In photos shared from the wedding online, Andrea clutched a bouquet of white and pink roses in one hand, whilst she held onto her new husband with the other.

Keen to let her hair down, the brunette beauty was seen partying with her Loose Women co-stars on the evening, who were quick to gush about the romantic affair the following day. 

Nadia Sawalha told viewers: 'It was so gorgeous, very intimate reception,' as Linda added: 'It was amazing, we had such a nice night!'

'She looked like a fairytale princess,' Kaye gushed. 'When she walked in it was such a moment. They were all dancing and the whole family was there.'

Stacey Solomon, meanwhile, was asked whether attending Andrea's wedding had her itching to head down the aisle herself and having spoken openly of her desires to get married, the former X Factor star responded: 'I can't wait to get married. I need to reiterate, it's not that I want to get married right now with Joe [Swash], I just really want to get married... to anyone! But yeah, [I often leave weddings feeling put out].'

Confessing to ringing her boyfriend Joe following Andrea's wedding, Stacey said: 'You know when you watch films and the boy cheats on the girl and you hate the boy, that's how I feel about weddings...'

'I might have had a moody conversation with Joe afterwards,' she confessed, before quickly adding, 'But he didn't know why!'

Meanwhile, looking happier than ever, Andrea had embraced her new husband in a stunning lace gown in the first public photograph of their wedding day.

Ahead of their nuptials, she shared a post with fans about Nick had fixed her broken heart as they prepared to tie the knot on the same day that they met, four years ago.

She posted: 'The best day of our lives has begun. I’m so happy that from today Nick and I will be walking through life hand in hand, side by side.

'In four years we have talked, listened, laughed and learned to love again. My broken heart is not only fixed, it is filled to bursting.

Andrea, who met her beau of four years when they were set up on a blind date by a makeup artist on Loose Women, confirmed her engagement in August. 

She is mum to Finlay, 16, and Amy, 11, from her previous marriages, and revealed last year that she would be unable to have any more children after having a hysterectomy. 

Nick is Andrea's third husband, and she previously admitted she was cautious about tying the knot again after  her two previous marriages ended in 'painful' divorces.

Her first marriage was to her teen sweetheart Nick Green in 2000 before divorcing him in 2005, after 17 years together and having a son.

She split from her second husband Steve Toms, a DIY specialist on UKTV show Our House, in 2011, they share a daughter.
