Back in black! Yolanda Hadid pairs LBD with over-the-knee black boots as she attends charity gala in NYC

Yolanda Hadid stepped out in New York on Thursday to attend a charity gala honoring her daughter Gigi.

The 53-year-old Dutch-born former model and reality star chose an all-black ensemble for her night out.

She paired a little black dress with over-the-knee black leather boots along with a top coat.

Yolanda wore her short blonde hair styled back from her face.

She sported arched brows with black liner and mascara around her eyes.

Her cheeks were rouged and she splashed dark pink color across her lips.

Yolanda shares Gigi plus daughter Bella and son Anwar with her first ex-husband, property developer Mohamed Hadid.

Cover up in a cozy Fendi cape like Yolanda

When it comes to fashion, Gigi and Bella Hadid are the cream of the crop, but they have to get their style sense from somewhere.

Enter Yolanda Hadid, the supermodels' mother and a former model herself. She attended a charity gala in NYC dressed in all black with a cutout sweater dress and thigh high boots.

Topping off her look was a knee length cape coat by Fendi. We love the standard A-line silhouette as well as those statement making laser cutout pockets!

If you're tired of the same old outerwear for winter, why not slip into a cape this season? Yolanda's is available at Saks Fifth Avenue (click right) for $3250 if you've got the cash to splash.

But if you're a babe on a budget, look no further than the edit below for styles that won't leave a huge dent in your wallet.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and ex-wife of music producer David Foster was accompanied to the gala by a mystery male companion.

The chiseled gentleman sported closely cropped gray hair and beard and wore a buttoned up velvet jacket with black pants, white shirt and black bow tie.

The pair were among the celebrity guests at the  2017 Pencils Of Promise Gala that benefits a literacy nonprofit.

On hand, too, was British actor Chiwetel Ejiofor who was being honored with the charity's Activist Award.

The Oscar winner looked dapper in a stylish blue suit with white shirt and a black tie.
