Hilary Rhoda has fanned the flames of her years long feud with her mother with a thinly veiled jab at her on social media.
The supermodel took to Instagram to share the message for her mother Marianne on Thursday.
It is in response to the news that in December 2016, Marianne took out a restraining order against her estranged daughter's hot-headed husband, former New York Rangers player Sean Avery.
According to court documents which were obtained by Page Six this week, Avery, once dubbed the 'top jacka**' of ice hockey, had been harassing Marianne during the summer of 2016 whenever he ran into her in The Hamptons.
In her post, former Victoria's Secret model Hilary appeared smiling next to a Christmas tree in a visual attempt to 'stay above' the messy public fight.

Rhoda, 30, shared this quote along with her selfie and said she was 'staying above it'
'When a toxic person can no longer control you, they will try to control how others see you.
'The misinformation will feel unfair, but stay above it, trusting that other people will eventually see the truth, just like you did.'
'Pictured: Me, staying above it,' she wrote.

On Wednesday, it was revealed for the first time that Avery has been the subject of a restraining order taken out by his mother-in-law last December.
Marianne's lawyer told Page Six that she was prompted to take legal action because he was 'scaring' her.
'During a course of time in the summer of 2016, [Avery and Rhoda] were living in the same area in the Hamptons and he was harassing her.
'They were running into each other, belonged to the same gym, and he’d issue profanities at her and make obscene gestures. He was driving in his car too close to her and scaring her,' they said.
It is the latest development in a sad, years long row between the model and her mother which appears to have begun when her relationship with badboy sportsman Avery intensified.
The pair had been close and Marianne worked as her daughter's manager as she rose to meteoric success in the modeling agency.
But in 2013, when Rhoda and Avery became engaged, it began to fall apart.
The following year, Rhoda sued her mother, claiming she had taken stolen chunks out of her multi-million dollar modelling fortune.
Rhoda and her mother Marianne (pictured in 2012) have been estranged for years. This week, it emerged that Marianne took a restraining order out against her daughter's husband, former NFL bad boy Sean Avery, (right) last year after he 'harassed' and 'scared her' over a period of weeks in The Hamptons
In court documents, Rhoda said her mother made wire transfers of $1million or more to her own personal bank account without any explanation or prior permission.
In response, Marianne said she was not stealing from her daughter but was simply trying to protect her money from Avery who at the time was refusing to sign a prenuptial agreement.
At the time, Avery had quit hockey, had a failed Broadway play, briefly appeared on Dancing With the Stars but left after an argument with a producer and had been out of sports for a year.
In her response to her daughter's lawsuit, Marianne said she was worried about the marriage and did not want him to spend her large fortune.
'Marianne was trying to protect her daughter’s substantial assets. Sean got Marianne fired, and now he’s in charge. He controls all the people working for Hilary,' a source told Page Six last July, when news of the lawsuit emerged.
Marianne said she was worried Avery was going to spend all of her daughter's money. He and Hilary are pictured last May
Supermodel Hilary (above on November 30) has never publicly commented on the feud
Rhoda rejected her claims and went ahead with the wedding.
She said that her mother used her company credit cards without explanation and stole money to pay for divorce attorneys.
Neither Marianne nor her brother Spencer attended the nuptials. Days beforehand, Avery was arrested for criminal mischief and drug possession.
The row between Rhoda and her mother went quiet for years as her husband continued to make headlines for the wrong reasons.
In July 2016, he was admonished for harassing homeless people by waking them up to ask them what the time was while filming it on Snapchat.
Later, when a homeless advocate criticized it on Twitter, Avery hit back at them too.
Avery, who is currently filming Mile 22 with Mark Wahlberg, has not commented on Marianne's restraining order.
