They split last October after nine years of marriage and share two children together.

But Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire proved they were still on great terms, with the Hollywood actor supporting his ex-wife at her jewellery launch in Hollywood on Thursday.

The friendly exes - who are parents to Ruby, 10, and Otis, eight - smiled as they wrapped their arms around each other at the bash benefitting Baby2Baby at Sunset Tower in Hollywood.

Meyer was all smiles as she stepped out on the pink carpet rocking a silky black one-shoulder dress with chic cut-out panels.

Meanwhile the Spider-Man actor kept it casual. wearing jeans, a black T-shirt, and a matching windbreaker jacket.

Maguire, 42, and Meyer, 40, started dating in early 2003 and were married four years later during a small wedding ceremony in Hawaii.
