She is currently dating 68-year-old ex of Yolanda Hadid and former stepfather to the Hadid sisters David Foster.

And Katharine McPhee may be ready to settle down.

The 33-year-old actress is featured on the cover of the winter 2017 edition of LaPalme magazine where she said that tying the knot and starting a family are two things that would make life even sweeter in the coming years.

'I would love to get married and have kids': The 33-year-old actress who is dating 68-year-old record producer David Foster (pictured together in LA back in September) believes that life would be sweeter in the coming years if she tied the knot and started a family

Katharine said: 'My ideal situation, I would love to get married and have kids, it would be nice if that happens.'

She has been romantically linked to the record producer - who is 35 years her senior - since May after being seen together at Malibu's Nobu restaurant.

Katharine and David did seem to finally confirm the speculation last week, however, as they were pictured kissing after a romantic lunch at E Baldi in Beverly Hills.

The Best Of Me hitmaker already has eight children including Barely Famous stars Erin and Sara Foster.

Katharine looked absolutely gorgeous in the pages of the issue as she flaunted her cleavage in a very low-cut bodysuit.

The revealing shimmering silver number featured large jewels all over it along with a white furry detailing toward the bottom.

She was done up like a dancer on Broadway as she sported a black top hat and posed seductively in front of a mirror and a man with a trumpet.

Her brunette tresses were worn down and tucked behind her ears as she went full-on classic beauty with ruby red lipstick.

Katharine currently stars in CBS drama Scorpion alongside former boyfriend Elyes Gabel and even detailed to LaPalme what it's like to kiss her ex of two years on set for their television show.

She explained: 'We dated for a long time, and we have respect for each other. It’s like kissing your best friend. We are fortunate to have a really nice relationship.'

The runner up of the fifth season of American Idol has also been getting back to her musical roots as she released an album titled I Fall In Love Too Easily just last month.

Juggling a busy schedule is no easy task for Katharine as she recently discovered that self-love is the key to mental well-being.

She said: 'That’s why the more I try to put restrictions on myself and the more I tell myself I can’t do something or eat something or that I must workout, the more it makes me indulgent and crazy. It’s my personality, the more I do that, the more consumed I become.'

The former star of Smash explained that she used to always be in a rush but has found that it is kind of therapeutic to not rush out of bed and move slower.

'I like to get work outs in, but prefer sleep instead of getting up if it’s grueling schedule. I like to enjoy the things I enjoy and I try not to get too extreme about anything,' she said. 'The less obsessive I am the better I feel in clothes.'

She looked absolutely stunning in a jade-colored nightgown for the front of the winter issue of the publication as all the shots were inspired by Broadway.

Creative Director of LaPalme Derek Warburton definitely made it a point to give the shoot an old glamor feel as he explained: 'Katharine channels performers that transcend time! I wanted to recreate a time when real talent was king or better yet, queen! Hence the ode to Sally Bowles / Cabaret.'

Katharine's issue of LaPalme hits newsstands on December 18. Scorpion airs Monday nights at 10/9c pm on CBS.
