A young Hollywood actor unearthed text messages from a top talent agent who he claims requested sex from him in exchange for cash and a step up the career ladder.

Sean Rose, known for his roles in films 'CSI: New York' and 'Veronica Mars' alleges that Creative Artists Agency's Cade Hudson pursued him and made the belittling and degrading offers during what he initially thought would be a 'professional' visit to his home back in April 2013.

According to a report released by the Los Angeles Times, that's when Hudson, who was employed under marketing firm Full Picture LLC but not as a talent agent at the time, allegedly made the inappropriate passes.

A representative for Hudson told DailyMail.com Hudson does not recall the alleged incident and denies any sexual contact ever took place between him and Rose.

According to the the Times, Rose allegedly brought one of his pal's along to Hudson's home at the time, where he expressed his disapproval of Rose's sidekick.

During the visit, Hudson 'accidentally' spilled a beverage on Rose's sweatpants and allegedly placed his hand on the actor's inner thigh to 'help' him out.

The heterosexual Rose told the newspaper the incident made him uncomfortable, but he was too timid to tell Hudson, who he looked up to as a role model.

Still, Rose pushed his hand away and left the room to change into some dry pants afterward.

That's when Rose says he received a series of texts from Hudson, who began offering money if his friend left.

'I pay u 500 to have ur friend bounce,' the text said. The actor brushed the offer off and replied saying, 'LOL I g2g soon [too].'

The conversation then allegedly turned the one-way sexual.

'1k stay,' he allegedly texted. 'I know ur straight Getting [oral sex] isn't gay. U. Know. That ... All u gotta do is sick [sit] back relax...'

He claims he went even further, promising the emerging entertainer he would meet actresses like Amanda Seyfried or Lindsay Lohan - both of whom he is friends with - if Rose allowed oral sex that night.

Rose replied: 'Dude friends ... I'm not that desperate to make it.'

Hudson's representative told DailyMail.com: 'The alleged incident Mr. Rose described is not an example of workplace sexual harassment or abuse of power by Hollywood elite, as the media is trying to suggest.

'Mr. Rose and Mr. Hudson were 23 year olds, who met by chance at a local tailor shop - completely removed from a professional setting. At the time, Mr. Hudson was answering telephones as an assistant at a PR agency. He was certainly not in a position of authority and had limited access, if any, to persons of influence.

'Mr. Hudson did not even become a talent agent until years after he met Mr. Rose. Now, more than four years later, Mr. Rose raises these allegations for the first time and brought them to the media shortly after Mr. Hudson declined an invitation to meet with him. '

The LA Times reports the two had only crossed paths twice before their phone number exchange and Hudson's alleged passes.

First, in an unknown parking lot in Los Angeles, where Hudson introduced himself as a publicist, according to the newspaper. The second, at a Bel-Air hotel.

During later conversation, the 'Criminality' star told him he 'wasn't comfortable with what happened years ago.'

Hudson revealed he was 'drunk' back in 2013 and is now a sober man.

Rose said he worked up the courage to come forward about the unwanted sexual advances after 2017's #MeToo movement.

Furthermore, Hudson's attorney commented on the claims on his client's behalf.

'After being my friend on social media for seven years, and liking my posts, Sean is now accusing me of soliciting a sex act from him,' Hudson said.

'My recollection is that he laughed it off and remained my friend on social media.'

This year, TMZ dubbed Hudson to be 'Hollywood's most popular agent,' who built relationships with several A-list celebrities though his work as a commercials agent.
