She enjoyed a festive day out with her highly recognized family members on Saturday, where she watched her youngest child Harper, six, learn to ice skate.

But it seems the chilly weather in London left Victoria Beckham feeling unwell, as she took to Instagram with a less than glamorous snap to lament having fallen ill.

Addressing her fans on the social media site, the former Spice Girl insisted she is 'never sick' while feeling sorry for herself, as she sprawled out on the sofa.

Known for showing off her sense of humour online, the mother-of-four appeared to inject some humour into her latest upload, as one shot saw her dramatically extending her leggy body across her sofa.

Accompanied with a slew of gritted teeth emojis, Victoria shared her surprise at feeling poorly and vented: 'And I'm never sick!'

The fashion designer then took a close-up shot of herself buried in her blanket and sporting a reddened nose, in a bid to show her 17.8 millions followers the extent of her sickly condition.

Surprise! Accompanied with smiling emoticons, she captioned the image: 'And I'm never sick!'

Just hours earlier, Victoria and her husband David had treated children Romeo, 15, Cruz, 12, and Harper to a festive outing at the Natural History Museum's picturesque ice rink.

Fashion designer Victoria looked typically chic during the outing, warding off the December chill in a black sharply tailored overcoat that she pulled up around her face in a bid to keep the chill at bay.

Unable to contain their pride, the pair looked every inch the doting parents as they watched six-year-old Harper skate towards them.

Meanwhile, their eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, 18, appeared as besotted as ever as he enjoyed a romantic date with Chloe Moretz in New York on Wednesday.

He too had dabbled in a spot of festive ice-skating, making the most of the Big Apple's seasonal cheer alongside his American actress girlfriend, 20, as they visted the rink in Central Park.

Layering up for the chilly winter season, Chloe was seen slipping into flared trousers, a puffa coat and a baker boy cap, posing in the rink.
