And Danniella Westbrook, 43, showed off the incredible results of her facelift - as well as dental work and breast augmentation - as she walked her dog in Puerto Banus, Spain on Saturday.
Wearing a khaki green T-shirt dress, the EastEnders actress displayed her newly smooth complexion, and looked relaxed and happy as she soaked up the sunshine - despite previously insisting that the pain of her surgery 'wasn't worth it'.

Danniella's dress gave a generous flash of her slim pins, and she elongated them with a pair of glamorous wedges.
Styling her blonde tresses into plaits, she ensured that she kept her freshly smoothed visage protected from the sun with a cap pulled low over her face.
Her sun-soaked display comes after reports claimed she collapsed after in front of her car after enjoying a quite dinner with friends when she felt sick.
The soap star allegedly got off the motorway and attempted to flag down passersby before she fainted and started having 'serious convulsions', according to an onlooker who told The Sun.
Danniella was reportedly 'out cold' and left 'fitting for two hours' following the dramatic incident, but was able to return home and await her test results late last night.

Previously, Danniella insisted others shouldn't follow in her footsteps when it comes to altering their image. The actress shared her regret over her decision to go under the knife and insisted 'surgery isn't worth it'.
In a candid chat with The Sun on Sunday, Danniella referenced her latest procedures and admitted she is 'petrified' about revamping her image once more.
The former EastEnders star had spoken of her plans to give her face and body a cosmetic makeover in her bid to get back to a 'happy and healthy life', but the severity of the work she has had to have done has left her with concerns.
She has already endured a six-hour operation on her face and is set to be put through another eight hours of surgery in her bid to build herself a new jaw and prevent her face from collapsing.

Danniella explained she has been forced to undergo the work on her face after previous dental implants had left her with septicemia and osteoporosis.
Her cheeks had disintegrated and her jaw had been left damaged. But in order to correct her jaw, Danniella was told she needed her face to be made 'smaller' and 'tighter'.
Danniella confessed: 'I'm petrified. I'm petrified that it won't work and my face will be ruined, but also that something might go wrong and I won't wake up at all. People don't realise surgery isn't worth it.'

She encouraged those contemplating cosmetic surgery to 'look at me and think again' to try to warn them of the complications it can bring.
'You could spend the rest of your life getting something fixed that you didn't need in the first place.'
The actress has struggled with cocaine addiction in the past and has been candid about her relapses.
She recently completed a stint in rehab to finally quash her demons, and her recent surgical makeover marks the start of a fresh beginning with clean living.
