'I stay thin by trying to starve myself': Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder reveals she only eats ONE meal a day
She's the breakout star of Vanderpump Rules, known for her enviable figure.
And during an interview with Daily Mail Australia on Monday to promote the season six premiere on hayu, Stassi Schroeder revealed her extreme diet secrets.
'I'm really lazy. I stay thin by trying to starve myself for the most part, if I'm being totally honest,' the 29-year-old admitted.

She wore an au courrant one sleeved dress with a deep plunging neckline to show off her well known decolletage. Adding to the asymmetric look were lovely satin pumps with emerald colored jewels accents from Olgana Paris. Quizzed as to whether the one meal is vegan or purely plant-based product, Stassi responded: 'Absolutely not! But I'll just have like one meal a day.'
As for what her favourite guilty pleasures are, the blonde beauty said she enjoys 'a cheeseburger, a hot dog, macaroni and cheese, pizza and tacos.'

Extreme dieting is not the only thing that helps Stassi maintain the perfect body, with the star having previously confessed to having a chin implant, Botox and fillers.
'I've always been really open. Even when I got a chin implant when I was 18-years-old, and anyone who asked me, I would tell them. I don't like when people put on this facade and they're perfect in every photo,' she said.
'Then the rest of us look at it and feel badly about ourselves. I'm all about plastic surgery or Botox and fillers, but be open about it, because there's nothing to be ashamed of.

Stassi is currently in Australia to promote the sixth season of the hit reality TV show, Vanderpump Rules.
The program is now streaming on hayu, the same day as the U.S. with a new episode airing every Tuesday.
