Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said the suspect 'supposedly was setting the device off in the name of ISIS' and that it was 'definitely a terrorist attack, definitely intended'. CNN reports that the bomb detonated prematurely and that if it had gone off as intended the damage could have been catastrophic. Ullah allegedly told investigators at the hospital that he carried out the attack because 'they've been bombing in my country'. He also revealed that he made the device at his job at an electrical company. The FDNY says three other people reported to local hospitals for minor injuries. The incident happened just days after President Trump sparked demonstrations across the world by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital city. Prince Harry & Meghan Markle will marry in Windsor in May

The couple chose the 'very special' venue because the prince and his fiancee spent time there together during their 16-month romance and Harry also spent long periods in the town with his Army regiment, the Blues and Royals. They have not given the date for their 'fun and joyful' wedding, which is likely to be on television, but thanked millions of people around the world 'celebrating with them' since their engagement was announced yesterday. Divorcee Meghan, a protestant who went to a catholic high school, will be baptised and confirmed before the spring ceremony, Kensington Palace said, suggesting she has been asked to do this in return for marrying in a church. American Meghan will also be taking British citizenship to become a dual national before May, a process that usually takes years. The couple have shunned a larger wedding at Westminster Abbey or St Paul's for a more intimate church service at St George's. It also means Queen and Prince Philip can easily travel to the wedding of the year as it was revealed that the royal family will pay for the event, the music, the flowers and the reception. The actress' divorced parents Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland will both be there but it's not known if her father will walk her down the aisle.

Harry, 33, who revealed a year ago he had fallen for the actress after a short secret relationship, proposed to Meghan, 36, in London in early November. Royal protocol dictated that fifth in line to the throne Harry had to ask his grandmother the Queen for permission and in a statement Her Majesty and Prince Philip said they are 'delighted for the couple and wish them every happiness'. Harry and his American fiancee, who divorced her first husband in 2013, will move into Nottingham Cottage (inset) in the grounds of Kensington Palace next door to his brother William and sister-in-law Kate. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said in a joint statement: 'It has been wonderful getting to know Meghan and to see how happy she and Harry are together'.
