James Franco's made his romance with student Isabel Pakzad public last month.

And on Monday the 39-year-old actor looked to be going strong with the 24-year-old beauty as they enjoyed lunch at Gjelina in Venice Beach then ice cream at the trendy Salt And Straw.

This comes just as it was announced the artist has been nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy for his movie The Disaster Artist.

James rolled up his sleeves to reveal his muscular forearms while engrossed in conversation with Isabel.

The star's cap was from Danny Trejo's LA taco spots, Trejo's Tacos.

Next to the auteur strolled his amour, who is a graduate student focusing on journalism and communications at USC.

The duo looked enamored as they kissed and flirted while browsing the nearby shops after food.

Isabel and James were first linked back in July when the couple were spotted enjoying a coffee together in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles.

An insider later confirmed the union in early November.

The beautiful brunette is from Tenafly, New Jersey, and previously worked as a TV publicist before going back to school at USC for a graduate degree, according to Us Weekly.

Yesterday James earned double honors when he received a nod for Best Performance By An Actor In A Motion Picture – Musical Or Comedy as well as a nomination in the Best Motion Picture category.

Franco already has one Golden Globe from his role as actor James Dean in a 2001 TNT biopic about the star.
